Filling out the application online:

From a mobile device-

• Click on the application. 

• Then click on the button with a square and arrow through it. (See image 1)

• Then scroll down to "markup" and click on it. (see image 2)

• Next click on the rectangle with 3 dots and a pencil. (see image 3)

• Now you can fill out the application online
